As PORTAL Event Technologies Inc. ("PORTAL" or "Company"), in the capacity of data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

Your personal data may be shared with the following parties: • Payment service providers (for processing payment transactions) • Event organizers (for ticket verification and access control) • Legal authorities (in case of legal obligation) • Business partners and service providers (for conducting platform operations) In case of transfer of your personal data abroad, the provisions of Article 9 of KVKK shall apply.
Your personal data is retained for the duration required by the processing purposes and in accordance with legal retention obligations. • Transaction data: 10 years from the transaction date (as required by Commercial Code) • Invoice information: 10 years from the issue date (as required by tax legislation) • Digital data: 2 years from the last transaction date • Account information: 3 years from the account closure date
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights: • To learn whether your personal data is being processed • To request information if processed • To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose • To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad • To request correction if data is incomplete or incorrectly processed • To request deletion or destruction within the framework of Article 7 of KVKK • To request notification of correction/deletion/destruction to third parties • To object to any adverse result arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems • To claim compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing
