This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of event tickets through the PORTAL platform, within the scope of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of event tickets ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's PORTAL platform.
The ticket type, event name, date, venue, and price information selected during the ticket purchase process are specified on the order summary page. Service fees are included in ticket prices. All prices are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include VAT.
The BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read and are informed about the basic qualities of the event ticket offered for sale on the PORTAL platform, the sales price, payment method, and preliminary information regarding delivery, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically. By confirming this agreement electronically, the BUYER confirms that they have obtained the address, basic features of the ordered products/services, price of the products/services including taxes, and payment and delivery information completely and accurately.
Event tickets are delivered electronically (e-ticket) to the BUYER's specified email address and the 'My Tickets' section of their PORTAL account after the purchase is completed. Tickets contain a QR code, and entry to the event is provided by scanning this QR code. Physical ticket delivery is not applicable.
Payments are processed through a secure payment infrastructure protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Credit card information is not stored by the SELLER; payment transactions are carried out through licensed payment institutions. Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card, and virtual card.
In accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or period. In this context, event tickets are excluded from the right of withdrawal. However, the SELLER may accept returns under certain conditions within the framework of its own cancellation and refund policy. Please review the Cancellation and Refund Policy page for details.
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement. Monetary limits in applications are determined according to the values announced annually by the Ministry of Commerce. The SELLER and the BUYER accept that the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement.
This agreement comes into effect upon electronic confirmation by the BUYER. A copy of the agreement will be sent to the BUYER's registered email address.
